Description

When you are buying goods or services whether face to face or online you have rights as a consumer. This Erudition e-Learning course has been designed to clearly explain these rights to you. The learning will also be relevant to those involved in selling to ensure your policies and practices comply with the relevant laws.

If not followed correctly, consumers have the right to seek a court order and bring civil and criminal action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the trader does not comply with a court order it can lead to a penalty of an unlimited fine and 2 years imprisonment.
