This course includes a practical, hands-on automated external defibrillator (AED) awareness session using trainer AEDs, a move which has been welcomed by the BHF, citing that awareness training instils greater confidence in the use of AEDs

 

ASSESSMENT

Delegates will be assessed continuously throughout the training. Delegates will be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the course, with a competency statement. This certificate remains valid for one year.
