When is an adult at risk? The main aim of the Adult Support and Protection ( Scotland) Act 2007 is to keep adult's safe and protect them from harm.

Description

This course is designed specifically for workers who provide Care Support in Scotland. The course covers various subject areas such as Scottish Safeguarding Legislation and Communication through to working with people who have challenging behaviours and identifying and understanding forms of Abuse and Neglect and what the role of the Care Support Worker is if a situation arises that requires action.
