If your business is low risk then our Paediatric (child) Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work will be perfect for you. It’s worth a QCF credit for each learner, and qualifies them to act as first aiders in your workplace. An HSE approved course, this award is now a nationally recognised qualification. COURSE DURATION.

This is an accredited First Aid Six Hour Course for one day. We will need your Date of Birth for records and please walk with ID.

 

CPR AND AED TRAINING INCLUDED. 

Yes, this course now includes a practical, hands-on automated external defibrillator (AED) awareness session using trainer AEDs, a move which has been welcomed by the BHF, citing that awareness training instils greater confidence in the use of AEDs.

 

CERTIFICATION : FOR 3 YEARS (NO ADDED COST).

Certificates emailed to you and posted out when the accredited returns in a week. You will get an accredited First aid at work Training Certificate valid for three years. You will get all slings and a manual to take away. You will also receive a handy credit size wallet badge.

ASSESSMENT

The practical assessment of learners for the qualification is completed throughout the course delivery. This ongoing assessment will involve learners demonstrating practical first aid skills across a number of areas. Learners are required to answer the questions within the assessment pack, ensuring learners’ understanding of the theory content is sufficient to meet the required standard.

NOTE: (QCF) OFQUAL REGULATED CERTIFICATE VALID FOR 3 YEARS.

 All successful students will be issued with an Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate, along with a wallet-sized plastic card detailing their qualification which is valid for a period of 3 years.
